At Bravone, we prioritize ensuring every customer feels secure and confident when purchasing from our store. Our refund process is designed to be equitable, explicit, and easy to navigate. This policy explains the criteria for receiving a refund, the processing method, and the specific conditions that may influence the final refund amount.
You are typically eligible to receive a refund under the following conditions:
The item is successfully returned within the 30 day return period and passes our internal inspection process (as outlined in our Return Policy).
The product was canceled before it was dispatched by our team.
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product which was reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with necessary photographic verification.
A refund may be denied or its amount reduced if the following conditions apply:
The item is used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
The return is initiated after the 30-day return window has passed.
The product was designated as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
The item is returned without its original packaging, tags, or components.
The package is severely damaged during the return transit due to insufficient packaging on the customer’s part.
All refunds are exclusively issued back to the original method of payment used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot issue refunds to a different name or payment source.
Once your returned item is received at our facility and has been inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been officially approved and released from our system.
The refund amount is determined by who is responsible for the return:
Bravone’s Fault (Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Item): We will issue a full refund of the product price plus the original $20 dispatch fee paid by the customer.
Customer’s Choice (Change of Mind/Size Exchange): We will only refund the product price. The original $20 dispatch charge is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
n certain specific situations, only a partial refund of the product price may be provided. These situations include, but are not limited to:
The item is accepted late, outside the initial 14-day window.
Minor wear or damage that reduces the resale value, but does not render the item completely unusable.
Original packaging or minor accessories are missing from the returned package.
If a partial refund is necessary, our support team will contact you and provide a detailed explanation of the deduction prior to processing the payment.
While we process the refund quickly, the bank’s processing time is beyond our control:
Internal Inspection: 2 business days after receiving the return.
Total Expected Time: Please allow up to 10 total days for the refund to reflect in your statement after we confirm the return’s approval.
Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, the regular Return Policy must be followed.
